BecoWallform – Company Overview

Established by Beco Products Ltd, BecoWallform is a fast, innovative, and cost-effective Insulating Concrete Formwork (ICF) building system, widely recognised for providing homeowners with durability, energy efficiency, and a superbly comfortable living environment.

As a proven Modern Method of Construction (MMC), it consistently outperforms conventional building methods, thanks to its fabric-first approach, which ensures a highly insulated structural envelope while minimising thermal bridging. The system is designed to work with triple glazing and heat recovery systems to achieve Passivhaus performance and minimise energy bills.

Constructed from large, interlocking hollow polystyrene blocks, BecoWallform eliminates the need for intermediate bedding materials, streamlining the construction process. Once filled with concrete, the formwork sets to create a robust structure, with the formwork itself providing long-lasting thermal insulation. The system achieves impressive U-values as low as 0.11 W/m²K, making it an ideal choice for zero-energy and Passivhaus buildings. In fact, BecoWallform is Passivhaus approved and has been meeting Passivhaus and Zero-Energy performance standards for over 25 years!

BecoWallform – Product Details

BecoWallform components have tongues on the top and grooves on the bottom, forming a strong interlock in parallel and at right angles in a modular grid of 62.5mm. This means the designer can realise any plan layout to dimensions that are a multiple of 62.5mm. Smaller site dimensions may be cut exactly to size within the thickness of polystyrene once the concrete is cured.
