As the exclusive UK partner of Izodom ICF, Econekt offers a comprehensive range of high-performance ICF structural products. These include structurally waterproofed, insurance-backed basement shells and complete structural shells, designed to meet the demands of modern, energy-efficient construction projects.

To ensure a seamless building process, Econekt provides hands-on site support through its experienced in-house build team. Whether you’re a self-builder or a developer, their team can assist with everything from setting out and corner construction to installing lintels.

Econekt also offers a range of bracing systems for hire and provides on-site pour assistance anywhere in the UK, ensuring professional support at every stage of your build.

Design

Have a complicated and detailed structure in mind? With Econekt’s innovative system, achieving your project design is effortless. Their pre-formed, pre-cut ICF system allows you to easily achieve the shape of any home. Whether it’s a simple boxed design or a complex curved split-level ground floor layout, Econekt has the expertise to bring your vision to life.

How It Works

Each component is cut to order and installed on-site by a tongue and groove jointed single depth (150mm or 250mm) base board and dovetail jointed perimeters. It’s like piecing together a large jigsaw.

Econekt – Product Details

Insulated Foundation Slabs

Typically cast at the construction site and reinforced with steel mesh or fibers. Delivered to a project pre-cut and pre-formed and to the design specifications.

Insulated Wall Forms

Offers three ICF walling systems (Low Energy, Passivhaus, and Passivhaus Plus) each with varying insulating properties and outside wall thickness.

Insulated Roof Structures

Providing project specific adaptions on an Econekt roof structure that compliments the walling elements air tightness and insulation properties.

Accreditation

Econekt’s products are BBA certified, independently tested and approved by the British Board of Agrément.

Econekt are Basement Waterproofing Association (BWA) accredited. This means they can provide an Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) on all basement services to provide a simple certificate for mortgage or structural warranty completion.

This service can be carried out and left for the superstructure to be built following the work or incorporated into the build process, providing flexibility in how your house is completed.
