ICFA Welcomes National Model Design Code
Responding to the Building Better, Building Beautiful report, the government has published a draft National Design Code. Forming part of a suite of proposed changes within the National Planning Policy Framework, greater concentration will now be placed on engaging with the local community when planning the quality, design and sustainability of new developments.
